Season 3 Mid-Season Transfer Market Report

Hello fans and Blood Bowlers! I'm NBP's newest correspondent Dead Sabol and I'm here to bring you the Transfer Market Report! As you fans know, mid-season is the time when coaches can take advantage of the Nuffle Be Praised Transfer Market to either call up a player from one of their development teams or to trade for a player from another coaches development teams! This Season was a little different because it was the third season in our cycle this time we have allowed 2 players to be called up to a team instead of the usual one! Without further ado, let's take a look at all the moves made by the Pro Teams in this transfer week!

We start with The Eastern Conference In the Tar and Feather Division where first we check in with #Swole. The drunken boys of the #Swole frat took full advantage of the transfer market to call up Brometheus a Troll Slayer with Dodge from the dev squad Beta Omicron Omicron Beta to replace the deceased Visaryis Targaryen and as well as promoting Algrom a long beard with Guard and Mighty Blow, to take the place of a fresh longbeard sent back down to developmental.

Will Bromethus succeed where Targaryen failed?

Mighty Blow and Guard is always a vicious combination.

The other team to take advantage of the transfer market in the Tar and Feather was Strong Bad's Awesome Team as they traded Coach Z to the Kids in The Hall for a Agility 4, Leaping Wrestler Beast-man named Dave Jadiski! Will Jadiski be the missing piece that takes Strong Bad's Awesome Team to the next level?!

He might look heavy, but he weighs only 50 pounds and can really swing.

Sticking with the Eastern Conference we head over to Deep Dark where Rats off To Ya has promoted 2 players from their developmental squad Trap Haus. Jan Skylar a claw, mighty blow, tackle Storm Vermin, and Saxman a 2 headed, strength up, movement up, wrestling Gutter Runner. To make room for the new additions Gibbons and City Councilman 2 were relegated down to Trap Haus.

Mighty Blow and Claw is a great combination, add tackle and you get a fearsome player.

Movement up pieces are dangerous enough on non skaven teams. On Skaven they become deadly.

The other team to take advantage of the transfe rmarket in the Deep Dark Divsion was Loki's Toys, who called up Poison Ivy a dodge berserker and, Venus Fly Trap a pile on mighty blow berserker to replace the dead beserkers on the team.

That is one ugly broad

Next up we head over to the Western Conference where we check in with Ale and Anarchy where Das Slaytanic Wehrmacht has traded for The Frog King a Strength 4 Blodging Ghoul from Brothers Grimm, and has also traded for Helmut The Champion a Strength 4 Blodging Wight from Wayward Pine. DSW traded the players Blut Sauger and Volkmar Ritter von Faust to make room.

Whats worse than a Ghoul with str up and a blodge?

A wight with str up and blodge of course.

Next up we pop into the Salt Works Division where Underworld Blood Wars have promoted Nihilus Forever-Hungry a Mighty Blow Tackle, Agility Up Wight and Bane Game Changer a blodging guard tackle from Darkness Squadron and have relegated Lucien and Thomas down to Darkness Squadron.

Agility is a nice stat to have on a Wight

Underworld is loading up with Tackle hoping to address some shortcomings.

Lastly we head over to the Europa Conference and the Old World Division where first The Dangerous Warriors have promoted The Dark Lord a block mighty blow chaos warrior from their dev squad Dangerous Reserves.

Block is the best skill you can take for a chaos warrior, followed of course by Mighty Blow.

Next up we check in with The Orion Magics where they relegated player Endenfal to the little Orion Magics in order to promote Chessovir a thrower with leader and dodge.

I don't think I've ever seen a thrower these particular skills.

Finally the last transfer we have da wild tings, who have promoted their Goblin Nizig a strength up blocker from their dev squad the Ironcrag Decimators.

I think Nizig has the potential to have the most impact with this skill set on his team.

Well that does it for the transfer recap! I''m Dead Sabol saying thanks for tuning in and remember to Always Praise Nuffle!
